We’ll review the grading, regulations, utility issues and more. During this advisory phase, we’ll also discuss the desired scope of your new home and begin to gather information necessary to prepare a preliminary design and budget. If there is already a home on your property, we’ll offer advice about the best approach for your needs, desires, and budget – from a whole home/custom remodel to a complete tear down and rebuild.
