Position: Construction Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Project Manager to oversee all phases of construction projects, from preconstruction planning to final commissioning. The ideal candidate we’re looking for is a proactive self-starter with a strong client-centric approach, a collaborative team player, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for creating and enhancing exceptional custom homes.

Compensation:

Salary Range (Entry to Senior Level): $65,000 – $150,000

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and adjustment of project budgets

Management of Schedule of Values and invoicing

Handling Request for Proposals (RFPs)

Managing Prime Contract Extra Work Orders (EWOs)

Oversight of Owner Change Orders (OCOs)

Coordination of Subcontractor and Vendor bid requests

Negotiation of subcontractor agreements

Participation in Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings

Maintenance of plan distribution records

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction project estimating

Proven background in project scheduling

Preferred Technical Proficiencies:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

Familiarity with construction management tools like PlanGrid, Bluebeam, or similar software

Position: Project Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a Project Coordinator who will utilize Rhino modeling software to seamlessly integrate and translate Architectural, Structural, MEP, Civil, and other relevant design sets into a precise and comprehensive Rhino (RHI) For Construction set. This set will be instrumental for subcontractors and laborers in the field. Our ideal candidate is a Rhino modeling expert, eager to collaborate with project architects, engineers, and subcontractors to produce harmonious and effective construction documents.

Compensation:

Salary Range (Entry to Senior Level): $50,000 – $90,000

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret and harmonize drawing sets from various disciplines.
Foster collaboration and maintain clear communication within the project team.
Manage Requests for Information (RFI) and Submittal Submissions.
Thoroughly review and annotate shop drawings.

Required Skills and Experience:

Proficiency in technical problem-solving.
Expertise in Rhino Modeling.
Proficiency in CAD Drafting.
