PROJECT PHASES

Projects begin with walkthroughs and careful review of plan documentation during an ‘initiation’ phase. All Budget Breakdowns provide a 3-Bid-Per-Trade minimum to arrive at a rough order of magnitude agreeable to all parties. Project ‘planning’ and ‘construction’ phases follow the initiation phase and help schedule your project prior to ground-break.
